Customer Needs:

  • Health Complex Tustan needed to improve the performance of its online advertising and attract more guests year-round - especially in the off-season. Key goals included refining Google Ads campaigns, improving visibility with Facebook Ads, and building a stronger local search presence.

Challenge:

Although several Google Ads campaigns had been launched previously, most underperformed. The business needed to boost off-season bookings while maintaining cost-efficiency and visibility in a competitive market.

Solutions:

  • We analyzed existing Google Ads campaigns. Many were either inactive or inefficient, so we paused underperforming campaigns and focused on those showing strong results.
  • The most effective campaign targeted competitor keywords, which we scaled by increasing the budget, refining ad copy, and adjusting keyword match types to improve targeting. This allowed us to capture high-intent traffic during the off-season.
  • Additionally, we began a Local SEO initiative to improve map visibility for travelers searching for spa hotels or wellness resorts in Western Ukraine.

Results:

  • The updated competitor-focused campaign drove consistent conversions, even during off-peak months. Daily optimization improved ad quality and cost-efficiency. Facebook Ads complemented search efforts, while Local SEO increased visibility in map results. These combined actions helped stabilize and grow the Tustan Hotel’s booking volume.

The challenge was to break through a crowded market where multiple competitors offered similar experiences, and to do so within a reasonable advertising budget while maximizing visibility.

Solutions:

  • We designed a comprehensive Meta Ads campaign that included a mix of branding and lead generation ads aimed at both attracting new visitors and re-engaging previous website visitors. The strategy involved geo-targeting tourists and locals interested in short getaways, family vacations, and outdoor recreation experiences.
  • We created compelling ad creatives that showcased the hotel’s unique offerings — from breathtaking views and luxurious amenities to exclusive seasonal packages. Video ads and carousel ads were used to highlight the hotel’s special features and positive guest experiences, while dynamic ads showcased real-time availability and booking options.
  • Retargeting was a key component, focusing on users who visited the website but did not complete a booking. We implemented custom audiences based on engagement, previous bookings, and website activity, further refining targeting to ensure the ads reached the highest-converting users.

Results:

  • The campaign successfully increased bookings and brand recognition, with Meta Ads becoming one of the main drivers of online engagement. Despite fierce competition, the hotel saw improved visibility and higher conversion rates, making it a preferred choice among local and international visitors.

  • Developed a set of dynamic and static creatives for Meta and Google Ads, specifically tailored for the New Year promotion.
