  • The client needed a robust Meta Ads campaign to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings for their indoor golf simulators. The goal was to target golf enthusiasts and casual players, positioning Next Golf as a premium destination for virtual golf across all their locations in the Greater Toronto Area. By increasing awareness, the client sought to drive traffic and engagement from both golf lovers and those looking for a fun, year-round recreational activity.

Challenge:

The main challenge was to stand out in a competitive market with multiple golf facilities offering similar services across different locations. Additionally, targeting the right audience in a diverse region like Toronto required refined audience segmentation and strong ad creatives to drive both awareness and direct bookings. Meta Ads needed to cut through the noise while staying cost-effective for all locations.

Solutions:

  • Geo-targeting & Audience Segmentation: We targeted potential customers within a specific radius around each location, including areas with high household income and interest in leisure activities.
  • Creative & Content Strategy: We crafted ad creatives showcasing Next Golf’s unique simulators, flexible hours, and premium experience at all locations. Visuals included dynamic videos and carousel ads that highlighted the benefits of indoor golf, while video ads showcased real gameplay to entice both casual and serious golfers.  
  • Promotions & Offers: We included exclusive offers such as “Book Your Session Today” and “Try the Simulator for Free” to drive immediate action at all locations.
  • Retargeting Strategy: Using Meta Pixel, we retargeted website visitors who showed interest but didn’t book. We presented testimonials and success stories to encourage conversions across all locations.

Results:

  • The campaign successfully drove increased bookings and brand recognition for Next Golf across all locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Meta Ads became a critical component of their marketing strategy, providing both new customer acquisition and engagement. Awareness of the brand expanded across the region, resulting in a significant uptick in both bookings and foot traffic, making Next Golf a popular choice for local golf enthusiasts.
